Information for Patients

We require 48-hours notice for all cancellations to avoid a possible late cancellation fee. Application of late fees to your account will be evaluated on an individual basis. In cases when large blocks of time are reserved or special staff or services are needed we may require a non-refundable deposit (amount disclosed at time of booking) due at booking.  All bookings are subject to this cancellation policy.
