Dr. George Proud was born in Victoria, British Columbia, but lived most of his life in Ontario. He attended High School in Pembroke, where he met Nadia, the women he would eventually marry, and together have three children. His post secondary education was at the University of Toronto, where he completed both his undergraduate and dental degrees.

Dr. George Proud was a dental officer in the Canadian Forces before entering private practice. He is pleased to call Kingston home and has lived here with his family for more than thirty years.
